Good habits are important in our lives. They influence us a lot in many ways. I think good habits improve my life and make me healthier.
I used to be very weak and always felt tired and sleepy, so I had no energy to study or play well. The doctors advised me to change my living habits, which would be helpful to my health. So I followed their advice and formed good habits.
